Color folding map mounted on linen, 27 x 19 on sheet 29 1/4 x 20 1 /2 inches folding to 8 1/2 x 5 1/4 inches. Very good condition. Scale of 1:4,000,000, elevation is indicated by coloring. Includes southern edge of China, Upper Burma, Burma, Siam, Laos, Cambodia, Hai-Nan, Cochin China, Tongking, British Malaya, and northern tip of Sumatra. Advertisement on back for the "New 1935 Edition" (fifth edition) of "Bartholomew's Citizen's Atlas of the World" and "Bartholomew's Handy Reference Atlas of the World." The price on the front cover is marked as three shillings, and the publishers are "Cartographers to the King" Item #53955
