Color folding map, 24 1/2 x 36 1/2 inches folding as issued to 8 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches, text on verso. Very good condition (slight musty odor). The central map of the Japanese islands of Honshu (Honsyu), Shikoku (Sikoku) and Kyushu (Kyusyu) is surrounded by eight additional inset maps: Hokkaido, Karahuto (South-Saghalien), Okinawa, Tokyo and Vicinity, Osaka and Cities Near By, Taiwan, Tyosen (Chosen or Korea), and General Map of Japan and Adjacent Countries. Maps show Government Railway Main Lines, Gov't Private Rly. Local Lines, Private Electric Rly. Lines, Government Railway Steamer Lines, Private Steamer Lines, Air Lines, Submarine Cables, Principal Roads, Hotels, Towns, Hot Springs, Noted Resorts, etc. Verso features information on Principal Cities and Noted Places in Japan.
